Altogether I feel myself lively to advise you to install toolbar... but the that that is more important... Install FireFox!!!
Firefox would demand (and probably I will dedicate) a post to it to part, but we see why I lively suggest to install FireFox (with Google Toolbar).
FireFox is light, efficient, fast: it is less rich than superstructures than are not usefullness like Internet Explorer, it does not remove nothing to concurrent its but indeed it too much adds to a bag of functionality pretty installable through the system of Plug-In.
