La quarta stagione dell'arena si sta preparando ad entrare in tute le case dei videoludicinerd di tutto il mondo, portando nuovamente al top ten delle utenze uno dei giochi che più hanno avuto successo in tutto il pianeta, l’MMORPG per eccellenza: World of Warcraft(WoW ), uscente dal grandissimo successo ottenuto con la prima espansione "The Burning Crusade". World of Warcraft(meglio conosciuto come WOW )si prepara a sfornare nuovi set Armature e Weapons d’eccellenza pronti a distruggere qualsiasi tipo di nemico. I più fanatici di WoW staranno già affilando armi e macro pronti a darsi battaglia all’interno delle arene per aggiudicarsi premi e titoli di prestigio. A questo punto le strade sono davvero ardue e si richiede una mole di lavoro davvero considerevole. Ricordo, inoltre, che con l’uscita della nuova patch di World of Warcraft, il vecchio set Gladiator, ovvero il primo storico grande set arena , calerà notevolmente di prezzo considerando che il secondo set della serie Merciless potrà finalmente essere disponibi a tutti i giocatori tramite l’utilizzo di pti honor e marchi ottenibili dall’esecuzione di vari bg , dall’epico Alterac Valley alla caccia alle bandiere del Warsong Gulch. La patch della nuova stagione arena uscirà, secondo fonti ufficiali, nel mese di maggio, mettendo così in ambascie le strategie di raccolta pti dei vari player. Come dovranno comportarsi tutti coloro i quali desiderano (anzi bramano ^^) un buon set capace di romper culi per tutta Azeroth? Dovranno far i parsimoniosi o dovranno spendere pti honor a casaccio? La politica che credo debba assolutamente essere seguita, secondo il mio parere, deve essere orientata al risparmio.Di seguito una ipotesi di honor farm, tenendo conto che il livello massimo di pti da poter tenere si attesta 75000.Naturalmente sono semplici tabelle indicative che permettono soltanto una prima valutazione; naturalmente ogni player di WOW sa bene quale oggetto prendere e come orientarsi, poiché in questo ampio discorso non deve essere messa da parte la possibilità di prendere items con la reputazione con le varie fazioni oppure attraverso istanze eroiche di vario genere, ecc... Analogamente stesso discorso potrà esser fatto per i pti arena. Ricordando che il rating incide moltissimo per prendere i vari pezzi del set+armi, utilizzando ipoteticamente su un team da 2 fino all’uscita della nuova patch, le possibilità di cumulare pti sarebbero le seguenti (potete anche verificare voi stessi utilizzando il link : http://home.halden.net/jappy/prew/calculate.php

Unica osservazione: alzando notevolmente il livello e la qualità degli items, probabilmente i set da pve verranno definitivamente surclassati da questi nuovi succulenti oggetti epici. Che sia una strategia Blizzard in attesa della nuova espansione di World of Warcraft (Wrath of the Lich King)? Che la Blizzard abbia un asso nella manica da poter utilizzare al momento opportuno , contrastando l’uscita di un altro colosso dell’MMORPG, ovvero Warhammer On line?Tutti quesiti a cui non potremmo rispondere fino all’uscita della patch. • Holy Shock: The healing, damage, and mana cost of this spell have all been increased.

Warlock

• Drain Mana:  This ability no longer increases in power from bonus spell damage effects.  Base points of the effect increased by 50%.

Arenas

• Queue times for arena matches have been reduced.  Players will now be able to enter matches faster than previously.
• Players feared outside of the Arena (through the world or outside the arena walls) will now be teleported back to the center of the arena map.

Dungeons and Raids

• Badges of Justice have been added to all raid bosses who did not previously have them!

Zul'aman

• Jan’alai will now only teleport players to him if they are too far away.

Sunwell Isle - Magister's Terrace

• There is now a teleport orb located behind Kael’thas that will become active when he dies and will allow players to teleport out of the Magisters’ Terrace.

• Druid Balance PvP Sets:  The bonus movement speed for Bear, Cat, and Travel Form has been removed and replaced with a new bonus to Wrath and Starfire.
• Druid Feral PvP Sets:  The bonus movement speed for Bear, Cat, and Travel Form no longer applies to Travel Form.
• Druid Restoration PvP Sets:  The bonus movement speed for Bear, Cat, and Travel Form has been removed and replaced with a new bonus to Healing Touch.
• The Gladiator’s Thunderfist 4 piece set bonus has been reduced from 70% to 50%.
• Nether Vortex are no longer Bind on Pickup and can no wbe purchased from G’eras for 15 Badges of Justice!

World Environment

• The Ratchet bank now has access to the Guild Vault.

Bug Fixes

• Leaving a 2v2 arena team and creating a new 2v2 team while on a 3v3 arena team will no longer result in incorrect rosters listed for each team.
• Joining a second arena match before a previous arena has closed will no longer result in personal rating not updating correctly.
• Attempting to promote an arena team member to Team Captain while that member is offline will no longer result in a "Player not found" error.
• Disbanding an arena team while inside an arena battle will no longer cause the arena UI to become corrupted until logout.
• The Arena Team Petition Window will now automatically close when the Arena Captain is out of range or offline.
• Switching arena teams after playing a game will no longer cause the PvP tab to incorrectly display your old team's rating.
• There is now a chat message given when logging in after attaining a new title.
• Spells that require targeting circles will now be castable on textures that would previously disallow their use.
• Alterac Valley quests will now properly show a golden ! or blue ? for players above level 65.
• Archimonde's Grip of the Legion will no longer target pets.
• There is no longer an area in Serpentine Cavern where using Field Repair Bot 74A will cause it to fall through the ground.
